(Weekly on Mondays 7-8pm)
This gentle and restorative yoga class is intended for individuals dealing with grief and loss. Through mindfulness and meditation, a slow-moving physical practice, and reflection on various stages of grief and coping with the loss of a loved one.
**No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
