Are you seeking tools to support your ability to be grounded, present, and engaged in your everyday life? This beginner-level meditation class focuses on supporting adults with a history of past trauma develop strategies for building and maintaining healthy coping skills; and includes a meditative practice, group processing, and weekly at home practices.
